They had the usual suspects you find at buffets but then on display were these peanut butter bars with a thick hard chocolate topping. The veggies looked and tasted like they were made from scratch not frozen or canned. I ended up eating two plates of excellent prime rib with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. Well the prime rib was excellent, cooked just like I like it but it was smoked instead of just roasted the flavors were great plus they had a big bowl of pure horseradish. I got the usual salad and then settled for a piece of rare prime rib. My wife had what she claimed was excellent asian stir fry. Well my wife won a few dollars and I actually left with more than I started - major victory for me! We when to the buffet which I thought was a little pricy but with the player card and once we started eating that thought vanished. I really stopped so we could hit one last buffet before we got home from our trip. I really am not much of a casino fan but we stopped at the Choctaw Casino and signed up for the players card for our 'free' $10 play and a discount at the buffet.

My wife was bugging me to stop at a casino before we got to Texas (note Texas politicians 95% of the cars in the parking lot had Texas plates).
